Who are we looking for?

We are looking for editors/editorial staff to join our team who want to efficiently and passionately create materials on balanced lifestyle.

Expectations:

-minimum one year of experience in journalistic work

-creating and editing articles on a wide range of lifestyle topics

-co-creation and production of audio-video formats

-free movement in the world of social media

Jakie będą Twoje obowiązki?

- zarządzanie komunikacją pomiędzy kadrą kierowniczą, pracownikami, klientami i innymi partnerami,

- zarządzanie przepływem informacji,

- zarządzanie kalendarzami kadry zarządzającej i koordynacja spotkań,

- kontakty z mediami,

- komunikacja wewnętrzna i zewnętrzna (minutki ze spotkań, notatki, korespondencja, e-maile, prezentacje, raporty),

- współpraca z działami firmy,

- archiwizacja materiałów PR-owych,

- organizacja podróży służbowych,

- kierowanie biurem,

- prowadzenie systemu dokumentacji biurowej.

Jakie mamy oczekiwania?

- doświadczenie zawodowe na stanowisku asystenta/tki, osobistego/ej lub podobnej roli,

Who are we looking for?

DIRECTOR/DIRECTOR OF SALES DEPARTMENT

What will your responsibilities be?

- Create and execute a long-term sales strategy and optimize sales performance measures (all B2B, B2C channels),

- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets,

- Preparation of a schedule and methodology for implementing the strategy,

- Leading the team and motivating employees,

- Creating a sales training program,

- Developing cooperation with international partners

- Preparing reports and analysis of activities,

- Monitoring the current market situation and analyzing the activities of competitors,

- Preparation of detailed and accurate sales reports,

- Working with customers to better understand their needs and business goals.

What are our expectations?

- Proven experience in managing a sales department,

- Experience in developing and implementing online and offline sales strategies

- Experience in selling online advertising with an emphasis on custom campaigns,

- Practical knowledge of sales and market place platforms,

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

- Analytical skills and the ability tó think strategically,
